James H. McCraw joined Avison Young in 2019 as Vice President of Retail Brokerage Services at the firm’s Memphis office. James specializes in landlord and tenant representation for retail space across the Memphis metropolitan area. Most recently, James worked as Senior Sales and Leasing Broker at The Gary Myers Company. Prior to that, he worked in business-to-business sales for over a decade and is also a former United States Marine. James is a member of various community organizations, including Leadership Memphis, the Memphis Area Association of Realtors Commercial Council, and the Memphis Scottish Rite Foundation. He has been recognized for his success through many industry awards and is an active member of the local commercial real estate community.
