James Malkin

James has been working in commercial real estate for over 15 years, working primarily on the Landlord side in property management, development, and leasing roles across all asset classes. James has also been active in the commercial real estate community serving on the board of NAIOP, participating in the UDI commercial/industrial committee and volunteering for advocacy and fundraising committees with NAIOP. James has also volunteered with Canadian Mental Health working on the committee for their annual golf tournament and served as the chair for the NAIOP charity golf tournament that provides necessary donations to Little Warriors. James graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce, finance major from Saint Mary’s University and went on to complete a Diploma in Urban Land Economics with a focus on Development from the University of British Columbia.
