Born and raised in Mingo Junction, James graduated from Indian Creek High School in 2015. He attended Eastern Gateway Community College for an Associate of Arts. Determined to continue his education, James enrolled at Franklin University studying for a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. While studying, James realized his love for the real estate industry and decided to pursue a career in it. Starting as an intern, James quickly rose through the ranks and became a realtor and auctioneer. He worked hard to hone his skills and provide exceptional service to his clients. His dedication and hard work paid off, and James obtained his broker's license in 2023. Outside of work, James enjoys fishing, traveling, cars, and shooting.
