James Kourmadas

As a licensed agent at Coldwell Banker Commercial/Brooks Real Estate, Jim Kourmadas advises and represents buyers, sellers, investors, landlords, and tenants in all aspects of commercial real estate. He is a 3 time winner of the Coldwell Banker Bronze Circle of Distinction and has completed over $35M in sales and leasing transactions. Jim joined Coldwell Banker in 2018 after a 30-year career in sales, marketing, and consulting at several Fortune 500 Companies. With an MBA from the College of William and Mary, he combines his passion for real estate with business analysis into a powerful toolset for negotiating deals. Jim is a member and past president of the Leading Edge in Williamsburg and is actively involved with various community organizations including Here for the Girls and Habitat for Humanity. He currently resides in Williamsburg VA.
