James Haase

Haase was awarded the Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) designation in 1996 by the Educational Institute. James Haase has been in the Commercial Property Management industry for over 20 years. He graduated from the New York Institute of Technology with a Bachelors Degree in Hotel / Restaurant Management. Haase's experience includes General Manager of Hotel and Resorts in New York City, Dallas, Texas, Orlando, Florida and St. Augustine, Florida. In addition to managing the hotel in Dallas, provided regional support for joint ventures and franchised Travelodge hotels within Texas and Louisiana, he also was Regional Manager for 5 hotels within the region. Haase was awarded the Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) designation in 1996 by the Educational Institute. Haase was the 1996 President-elect of the Hotel Motel Association of St. Johns County and was on the Board of the St. Johns County Chamber of Commerce in 1996 and 1997. During this same period of time, he was also on the Board of the St. Johns County Tourist Development Council (TDC).
