Over his career, Mr. Frank's corporate work has covered numerous industries including food, consumer products, banking, electronics, specialty chemicals, utilities and the energy sector and has grown exponentially throughout the US, Europe and Latin America. He has been a long-term advisor to numerous Global Corporate Clients (including LG Electronics, TATA (TCS), International Paper, Panasonic, Nabisco, Revlon, Wells Fargo, General Mills, National Grid and Hess Corporation). His scope of International activity has also grown dramatically in Latin America; including: Brazil, Argentina, and Mexico & throughout Europe. Mr. Frank has the experience and skills required in representing clients around the globe and managing C&W teams in the field achieving exceptional results in both cost savings and enhanced operational utility. He is a founding member of the Cushman & Wakefield Tenant Advisory Group (TAG) and has been a TAG mentor to young professionals throughout his career at C&W. Jimmy and his team recently completed such noteworthy deals as a 1 million square foot built-to-suit distribution center for LGE, $200 million portfolio disposition for Hess, Cognizant’s (CTS) 80,000 SF five-building consolidation for its Headquarters in London as well as Evonik Chemicals’ acquisition of a 350,000 SF R&D Campus in Pennsylvania. His team is also credited with representing National Grid with the relocation of its NY Headquarters and the leasing of almost 900,000 SF of space to PSE&G throughout National Grid’s eleven-building Long Island Portfolio. In March 2005, James L. Frank joined Cushman & Wakefield as an Executive Director in the New Jersey HQ’s with a focus on the New York Metro area. In 2016, he was promoted to Executive Managing Director. A 40-year commercial real estate veteran, Jimmy was previously with CBRE and its predecessor the Edward S. Gordon Company (ESG) as a Vice President.
