James DeCremer

James DeCremer has 18 years of commercial real estate experience and brings a strong leasing, tenant representation, investment, and land acquisition and disposition background to his clients. James’ clients are stakeholders from all sides of the commercial real estate spectrum, including landlords, tenants, developers and investors. He assists on the project leasing and pad sales of power centers, grocery anchored shopping centers, mixed use projects, and other retail properties throughout Arizona. In addition, James helps 13 local and regional tenants with their expansion and repositioning objectives. Previously, James worked at Global Retail Development Group where he specialized in retail pad sales and project leasing for new development projects throughout Arizona, as well as acquisition services in Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico and California. James successfully created and implemented the marketing campaign and leasing platform for Global’s 35 property portfolio in Arizona. James completed over 50 transactions in his first year as Director of Leasing for Global. Immediately following, James was promoted to Director of Site Acquisition for Global where he identified, analyzed and negotiated the purchase and sale of retail properties.
