James Creed

James Creed II joined CBRE, Inc. in 2013 as a First Vice President upon the sale of Fameco Real Estate, L.P. the Philadelphia region’s leading retail brokerage firm specializing in retail real estate and the shopping center industry. James is actively involved in both the Agency and Occupier divisions at CBRE, Inc. Over the past fifteen years, James has contributed to the site identification, negotiation, and leasing for several national and regional retailers such as Sally Beauty Holdings,The Malvern School, McDonald’s, Variety Wholesalers, CosmoProf, Sport Clips, Turkey Hill, Penn Jersey Marketplace, Getty Realty, and Pat’s Pizza among others. In addition to his work in the Occupier representation division, James has excelled in the Agency representation division. James has leased in excess of 3,000,000 square feet of retail space for numerous national, regional, and local Landlords including Simon Properties, Washington Prime, Carlino Development, Dividend Capital, Onyx Equities, Festival Companies, Spectrum Partners, ONeill Properties, The Kline Group, and Pineville Properties amongst others. A creative outlook and strategic solutions have made James a primary point of contact for Landlord’s seeking to add value to their existing portfolio, or to developers looking for an edge in the market. James graduated from Trinity College where he received his B.A. in Political Science. He was a two-sport athlete for the Bantams during his collegiate career.
