James Cotter has worked in commercial real estate across the United States for all of his adult life. He has unique insight into the market and launched Caisson Real Estate with the goal of creating a customer-focused company that encompassed all aspects of CRE including brokerage services, property management, and investment. Mr. Cotter has over 10 years of hands-on experience in commercial real estate with an emphasis on office and retail transactions. Prior to starting Caisson, he was Vice President of Operations and Leasing for Cotter and Sons, Inc. During his tenure there he gained a keen insight into a landlord's perspective of property management, construction, and leasing requirements. With this experience and over 1 Million SF in lease transactions completed, his clients receive the benefit of an all-encompassing understanding of their purchase and lease requirements. James received his degree in Business Administration from Walla Walla University in 2010.
