James Cohn

James Cohn started at Stream Realty Partners in May 2022 as a Senior Vice President on Phoenix’s industrial team. He is responsible for executing industrial transactions including project leasing, tenant representation, acquisitions, dispositions, and development services. James came to Stream from CBRE, where he began his commercial real estate career as a researcher and climbed to the Vice President level over a nine-year tenure. He has been involved with several high-profile projects throughout the Metro Phoenix area including representing The Home Depot in its purchase of a 1.3 million-square-foot distribution warehouse and working with Ferrero USA on its more than 640,000-square-foot distribution center.
