James Clough

James Clough is an industry veteran with over 16 years of multifamily and commercial property brokerage experience. James joined Interra after serving as a Vice President of Investments from a leading national real estate investment services firm. During his tenure at his previous firm, he successfully closed over $300 million in property transactions. He is focused on representing clients in their disposition and acquisition of investment real estate. His experience and track record enables him to advise owners on accurate market pricing, property positioning, and creating long-term investment strategies. James prides himself on providing the best advice to both current and prospective clients. In addition to buy, sell, or hold analysis, he helps provide many clients with a road map for improvements to help raise the value of an asset or portfolio during their decision-making process. James is an active member of the Chicagoland Apartment Association (CAA) and the Real Estate Investment Association (REIA). James is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Illinois. James attended the University of Cincinnati and graduated with a Bachelors of Business in Real Estate & Marketing. Away from the office he enjoys; golf, competing in triathlons, spending time with his wife Suzanne, and his two daughters Madeline (9) and Olive (6).
