James Bullaro brings nearly 20 years of experience in residential sales, leasing, commercial leasing, property management, and asset management in Manhattan. Mr. Bullaro currently oversees and directs the leasing and value creation of over three hundred market-rate commercial offices and retail stores in NYC. Bullaro Properties has been involved in countless real estate transactions of all sizes in both the commercial and residential world. They developed, managed, leased an extensive variety of commercial and residential units in which they solely represented.
