James Boudrot

As a senior member of Hunneman’s suburban team, Jim specializes in the leasing and sales of office, R&D and lab space in the Greater Boston market, with a focus on technology, software, medical device, robotics, big data, cloud and life sciences companies. Leveraging platform, process and experience to find the right space and negotiate the best deal for his clients, Jim has been on the Hunneman team for 24 years. He has negotiated over 500 real estate deals; leased or sold approximately 8 million square feet of commercial space; and closed over one billion dollars in transaction value. In addition to serving on several boards and being a member of many organizations, Jim holds a B.A. from University of Massachusetts/Amherst, is a Certified Commercial Investment Member, SIOR, and a licensed private pilot.
