James Boller

Boller Properties, LLC was founded by Jimmy Boller in 2009. Jimmy graduated from Texas Tech University in 2000 and went on to work for a boutique real estate firm in Dallas, Texas, specializing in tenant representation. Soon after, he expanded his brokerage work to include managing and leasing multi-tenant properties for a private investor out of California. This is when Jimmy realized his great passion for income producing properties. After approximately five years of brokerage work, Jimmy elected to pursue his investment career which began with the purchase of a small 4,800 square foot building. Jimmy has an impressive track record for identifying, negotiating and acquiring investment properties and his portfolio has grown significantly as a result. He is now the general partner in approximately 875,000 square feet of real estate with a market value north of $100,000,000.
