James S. Black III has been in commercial real estate since 2005. His primary focus is in the acquisition and disposition of multi-family assets and commercial investment properties in eastern Washington and north Idaho. His work ethic, advanced education in the industry and deal volume have earned him the coveted Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. James leverages his experience, education from the University of Washington (Foster School of Business-finance), and own personal commercial real estate portfolio to continuously exceed his clients’ expectations. Prior to working with NAI Black, James worked for The Wolff Company, LLC, in the firm’s headquarters in Scottsdale, Arizona, completing over $200,000,000 in acquisitions and dispositions involving a variety of different commercial and multi-family real estate assets. In his tenure, James became fluent in researching and analyzing prospective markets for acquisitions and development deals, and underwrote deals using Excel and the real estate software ARGUS. When James isn’t saving the world one real estate deal at a time, he enjoys being active outside and spending time with his wife and three children.
