James Aug

Aug has 27 years of retail real estate experience, including 20 years in New Jersey, and the ownership of Garrick Aug & Co. and RS Aug Real Estate. He most recently was a senior vice president at the CB Richard Ellis New Jersey Retail Services Group. During his 20 years in New Jersey, Aug was responsible for the northern New Jersey rollout of such retailers as Circuit City, Sears Hardware, Sears Auto and The Great Indoors. Prior to establishing his own firm, Aug was a salesperson, broker and CEO/president of Garrick-Aug , which was sold in 2005 to an investment company.
