James Attard

James Attard is an Associate Broker working for Tabak Real Estate since early 2005. A current resident of Tribeca, James was born and raised in the Meatpacking District and also lived in the East Village. James has been featured in The Real Deal, HGTV as well as The New York Times “On the Market”, the New York Daily News “The Closer” and also quoted in the New York Post “Price Points”. A Pace University Graduate, where he majored in Business Economics, James has used his knowledge of the market and attention to detail to assist those who are looking for primary residences to the investors. James has been involved in building management for the last thirteen years. After dealing with the complex issues of managing property, he felt he had a unique and great insight into the needs of the first time buyer or renter. James brings his hard work ethic, professionalism and willingness to make an extra effort to the table. Another Passion is Hockey. He has been playing both Roller and Ice hockey since early childhood at Chelsea Piers and Edison, NJ. In college at Pace University, James founded the school’s first Hockey Club and served as the Captain and Manager of the team.
