James Archibald

James has a wealth of experience in the south east and national business space investment market concentrating on the sale and purchase of real estate assets. Acting on behalf of Pension Funds, Real Estate Private Equity Funds, Property Companies and private individuals James is responsible for providing a full spectrum of real estate advice to both vendors and purchasers. James joined Bray Fox Smith as a Partner in 2013 from Morgan Williams, where he was Head of Business Space Investment. Prior to this he was an Associate Partner in the Capital Markets Team at Cushman & Wakefield.
