James Anderson joined Secure Net Lease in 2020 where he specializes in single-tenant and multi-tenant investment sales nationwide. With more than 5 years of commercial real estate experience, James has developed a reputation for taking an aggressive sales approach resulting in market setting pricing for his clients. From 2018-2020 James worked for a large investment sales firm located in Dallas. James was recognized as a top producer and awarded both “Rookie of the Year” and “D CEO Power Broker” titles. At his previous firm, James personally closed 14 transactions valued around $40MM dollars’ in sales volume. Prior to experience in brokerage, James worked for a publicly traded company in the land acquisition and development group. James earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance as well as Energy Management at the University of Oklahoma. In his free time, he enjoys traveling with his wife, scuba diving and watching the Oklahoma Sooners football team in Norman.
