James Allaire

Jim Allaire serves as Principal for Foundry Commercial’s Raleigh, NC office and specializes in the sale of land and industrial and R&D facilities throughout the Research Triangle region. He brings over 25 years of experience to the team and is consistently among the top performers within the market. Prior to joining Foundry Commercial, Jim was a principal member of the Land and Industrial Services Group for Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer. He is one of the region’s most accomplished land brokers. In addition to providing site selection service for key office, laboratory and industrial clients, he has been involved in the sale of some of the premier urban and suburban mixed-use sites in the region. Jim was also the recipient of the Triangle Business Journal Space Magazine top land sale transaction award in the Triangle for multiple years. Over the past 15 years Jim has also participated in the sale of over 100 premier office and R&D facilities in the Triangle, totaling over 20 million square feet and $1 billion in value. These have included data centers, medical device manufacturing facilities, pharmaceutical facilities, laboratory facilities, and office buildings.
