Jim is a shareholder at NAI Hiffman and Executive Vice President in the Office Services Group. For over 20 years, he has exclusively focused on the real estate needs of both users and owners of suburban office space, with a primary expertise in DuPage County. Jim has been named a CoStar Power Broker 2010 thru 2016, and is a partner in one of the top producing teams in Chicago. The team was recently named by Crain’s as one of the most Influential Brokerage Teams in the Chicagoland market completing over 100 transactions a year with a volume of over $500 million annually. Jim’s clients range from start-up entrepreneurs to large institutional clients. Jim is a savvy negotiator who prides himself on delivering solutions for his clients and positioning them to be successful with their real estate objectives. He is a board member of NAI Hiffman and Choose DuPage and is active in a number of local chamber and civic organizations.
