Jake Redfearn

Jake has worked with and represented national companies such as CVS, US Bank, Church’s Chicken, Sonic, Dunkin Donuts, Denny’s, Venture DFW, and others. Jake also represents First American Bank and Compass Bank on their REO assets in the greater Las Cruces area. Over the past 3 years Jake has been successful in reducing tax liabilities by protesting property valuations for clients such as Compass Bank, First American Bank, Laguna Seca Ventures, Cruces Equity Partners and others. He continues to provide this service to clients on an annual basis. Jake came to NAI 1st Valley from a 2 year stint as a Field Representative for United States Congressman Harry Teague. During these 2 years as Congressman Teague’s right hand man in Southern New Mexico he interfaced with local, state, and federal government departments covering a wide range of issues including energy, healthcare, environment, military affairs and small business development.
