Jake Prater joined SRS Real Estate Partners in 2024 as First Vice President in our Newport Beach office as a part of the Capital Markets team. With over seven years of experience in investment sales, acquisitions, and asset management, Jake has a proven track record of delivering results for clients and maximizing asset value. Before joining SRS, Jake played a key role at Red Tail Acquisitions, where he led new acquisitions in the western U.S. and managed leasing for the firm’s Hawaii and Pacific Northwest portfolios. His deep market knowledge and strategic oversight contributed to significant portfolio expansion. Jake holds a degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and is an active member of ICSC and the Urban Land Institute, staying at the forefront of industry trends.
