Jake Plotkin

Jake Plotkin, CCIM, is a founding member of the Lee & Associates Raleigh Durham office. He began his brokerage career at NAI Carolantic and quickly established himself as a leader in investment properties and flex/industrial brokerage. Jake has completed hundreds of transactions ranging from large investment sales to small leases. As an owner of seven commercial properties himself, Mr. Plotkin can appreciate the perspective of all stakeholders - business owners/tenants and building owners/ landlords. Prior to joining Lee & Associates Raleigh Durham, Mr. Plotkin began his career at NAI Carolantic in 2007 after previously being associated with the Company as an intern while he was a student at NC State University. Working directly with Richard Hibbits, Vice President for NAI Carolantic, Mr. Plotkin now specializes in industrial, flex and office leasing. Professional Affiliations Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors (TCAR): An organization of licensed commercial real estate brokers, enabling members to advance their education and knowledge of issues impacting commercial real estate on local, state and national levels. Education: Mr. Plotkin received a BS in Business Management, a BS in Biological Sciences, and minored in Spanish at North Carolina State University in Raleigh, North Carolina. His education also includes a summer in Lima, Peru where he acquired fluency in Spanish.
