Jake Malone joined Sayers Real Estate Advisors, Inc. in 2020 and works as a commercial real estate agent in Austin, Texas. Jake plays a vital role on the Sayers Brokerage Team. He leads leasing for the office, primarily representing private and institutional landlords of ground floor commercial space, as well as stand-alone industrial, office, and retail properties. In addition to leasing, Jake focusses on urban investment sales, as well as assisting Clinton Sayers II and Paul Byars on various urban land transactions. Prior to joining Sayers, Jake worked as an Associate at SVN's Institutional Capital Markets group, SVN Angelic. In this role, Jake gained valuable insight into commercial real estate brokerage and mortgage brokerage on a national scale.
