Jake Levin

A principal with deep roots at KLNB, Jake represents sophisticated retail landlords and tenants throughout the DC and Baltimore Metro area. Jake’s real estate career channels those of his father, retired KLNB partner Maury Levin, and his late grandfather Bob Levin—a founding partner who put the L in KLNB. A four-time All-Ivy and Academic All-Ivy Varsity Soccer player, Jake brings a healthy competitive spirit to his real estate practice. Also a natural leader, he embraces opportunities to mentor the next generation of industry all-stars, leading the KLNB summer intern program and serving on the Recruitment Committee. Jake serves on the Diversity Committee and the Executive Committee, actively shaping the company’s trajectory. Jake co-chairs the KLNB Leukemia & Lymphoma Society team, which has raised over $62,000 in 2021 and 2022 during the Light the Night Campaign. Jake received a Bachelor of Arts in Economic History with a minor in English from the University of Pennsylvania.
