During his time at DuWest, he has worked with landlord/buyer accounts such as H-E-B, Crow Holdings, Briarwood Capital, Gray Street Partners, McDonald Development Group, Harwell Holding Co., Moran Capital, CommuniCare Health Centers, Vaquero Ventures, Four Rivers Capital, and Fulcrum Development and tenant accounts such as CommuniCare Health Centers, Verizon, Jamba Juice, Anytime Fitness, Cinnaholic, The Joint, Buff City Soaps, Wet N Jet Car Wash, and Laika Cheesecakes. Jake graduated from the University of Arizona in his hometown of Tucson. He is a member of ICSC.
