Jake Hinton

Jake has worked in Commercial Real Estate since 2013. Prior to joining the 1045 Team, he was Vice President of Leasing for First National Realty Partners, where he oversaw all leasing and strategy for a region of over seven million square feet. Jake has extensive experience in lease negotiations, lease restructuring, site selection, strategy, and acquisition services. Jake is a 2022 Globe Street Retail Real Estate Influencer Award Winner. He holds an MBA and M.S. in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University. In his free time, Jake enjoys spending time with his family, and rooting for the Michigan Wolverines.
