While at Kidder Mathews, Jake has closed more than 300 transactions totaling more than 1.15 billion dollars in value. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Jake Haas worked on acquisitions and asset management with ScanlanKemperBard Companies. His real estate experience includes acquisitions, dispositions, leases, construction, finance and debt. In 2008 alone, he underwrote and reviewed more than $1.3 billion in assets across numerous products including: industrial, medical, office, retail, self-storage and multi-family properties across the US and West Coast. Jake has a strong understanding of the investment market, market rates, improvement costs and market trends.
