Jake Gold

Jake Gold has been in the commercial real estate business for over two years, beginning his career as an analyst for Olshan Properties in Columbus, Ohio. His primary responsibilities included assisting the lease and legal teams with lease preparation, negotiation and execution. He moved to Pittsburgh in May of 2017 to join CBRE, Inc. He is a part of the retail investment team that covers Western Pennsylvania, West Virginia and eastern Ohio. His current activities include the representation of retailers including Shoe Sensation, City, Barbeque, Tropical Smoothie Cafe and Kay Jewelers. He is also leasing large box spaces in Steubenville and Marietta, Ohio.
