Scope of Service Experience Jake Blankenship is an Executive Vice President within NAI Robert Lynn's Retail Division and is focused on the Northwest Fort Worth and Parker County Areas, which include The Stockyards, River Oaks, White Settlement, Saginaw, Azle, Lake Worth, Hudson Oaks, Weatherford and Mineral Wells retail submarkets. Jake actively tracks every property and transaction in the Northwest Fort Worth and Parker County retail markets, which gives him a comprehensive knowledge of his market to pass along to his clients, allowing them to obtain a competitive advantage and the best possible results. Jake focuses on listing shopping centers and land sites, as well as creating retail opportunities for tenants. Jake's ethical, professional and friendly attitude will ensure his clients receive the best possible deals and exceed their investment and budgetary goals. Background & Experience Prior to joining NAI Robert Lynn, Jake interned at Scarborough Lane Development and Landmark Interests, where he was involved in the acquisitions and dispositions of large commercial and residential land sites as well as the development of master-planned communities across Dallas-Fort Worth. Jake was raised in Austin, Texas where he attended Lake Travis High School. Jake graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Science in International Economics. During his time at Texas Tech, Jake was an active member of the Delta Tau Delta fraternity where he took on leadership roles serving as the Social Chairman as well as the chapter's Internal Vice President. Jake has the educational background, leadership and passion that is the perfect combination to help lead any of his clients to success.
