Jake Bigby

Based in PacTrust’s mixed-use Columbia Tech Center development in Vancouver, Jake is the leasing manager for Southwest Washington and parts of the Portland metro area. He enjoys interacting with PacTrust tenants and assisting them with renewal or growth opportunities. To help him fulfill the needs of future tenants, Jake builds and maintains close relationships with brokers in the market. Jake earned a degree in Finance and Marketing from Western Washington University in 2006 and began his career as an account executive for 101.9 KINK FM. Prior to joining PacTrust, he was a broker at CBRE in Portland for nine years where he specialized in leasing and sales of industrial, flex, and office properties in Portland and Southwest Washington. After hours, Jake enjoys spending time at the family’s cabin, golfing with friends and colleagues, and supporting favorite local teams like the Seahawks and Blazers. Jake is a member of NAIOP and CREDC.
