As an experienced broker and MBA graduate, Jaimee Keene focuses on the disposition and acquisition of office, medical office, and industrial properties throughout the Denver metro area. Jaimee’s 24 years of experience in the industry includes commercial brokerage, commercial real estate valuation and appraisals, and capital markets. Jaimee’s background as a commercial real estate appraiser and broker brings insightful dialogue to share with investors and owners. She is uniquely qualified to aid buyers and sellers in evaluating market transactions in current conditions, in the development of marketing plans for assets, and to act as a skilled negotiator on behalf of her clients. She is also experienced with commercial real estate auctions and has successfully helped clients sell their commercial properties using the auction process. A natural collaborator with investors, owners, and developers in commercial real estate, Jaimee works hard for owners who trust her to successfully sell their office and industrial assets. When she was an appraiser earlier in her career, she earned the MAI designation from The Appraisal Institute. In 2020, Jaimee was named Avison Young’s top performing broker in Colorado. In 2016, 2019, and 2021 she was nominated as a “Woman of Influence” by CREW Denver. As a life-long resident of Colorado, she takes advantage of the ultimate Colorado lifestyle: golf, back-country skiing, hiking, camping, cycling, and mountain biking. She has competed in three Ironman 70.3 events as her team’s relay cyclist, and competed in her first mountain bike race at the Vail GoPro games in 2019.
