Jahlil Lord

Jahlil has lived in Charlotte for 10 years. He moved to Charlotte after receiving a B.S. degree in Criminal Justice from The Pennsylvania State University. Jahlil is active in the community. When called upon, he teaches Practicing Professionalism at The Harvest Center of Charlotte. The course is predicated on re-acclimating the homeless back into society by facilitating business practices such as: Customer Service, Conflict Resolution, and Ethical Decision Making. Jahlil spent three years at Wells Fargo and served as a Financial Crimes Specialist. Shortly thereafter, he joined Keller Williams as a commercial broker, where he served the business owners and investors of Mecklenburg County. Then served as the Lead Commercial Broker at Southern Homes of the Carolinas. Now, Jahlil has his own full service commercial brokerage "Frazier Realty Group, LLC". His area of expertise is in value-add properties, asset income producing properties, and 1031 exchange transactions. Currently serving businesses, owners, and investors across the Carolinas.
