Jaden Malan has been an industrial broker since 2014, prior to that he spent 5 years at Colliers Utah industrial division, as well as 5 years as an industrial broker for Newmark in Salt Lake City, Utah. He served on the NAIOP and CCIM Utah Chapter Board of Directors in 2023. Jaden specializes in the leasing, acquisition, and disposition of office/warehouse properties and land primarily in Salt Lake and Utah Counties. Malan thoroughly enjoys representing owners and tenant interests and has the unique ability to personalize every deal. This level of personalization drives Malan to go the extra mile and always results in very satisfied clients. His success has earned him high respect from clients and the brokerage community at large. He is a highly experienced sales and marketing professional with comprehensive strategic planning, communication, and implementation skills which have contributed to making him a results-oriented leader with proven success.
