Jacqueline Pinyan-Durels joined Newmark in 2013 and currently serves as a Senior Managing Director in the company’s Stamford, Connecticut office. Pinyan-Durels brings to her position 27 years of commercial real estate experience throughout Connecticut and suburban New York. She has overseen more than 100 transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $480 million on behalf of clients of various industries and size. She focuses on Fairfield County, Connecticut, and Westchester County, New York, with the ability to service a wider geographic area via the firm’s global network of offices. She has substantial expertise in both tenant and owner representation and investment sales. Prior to joining Newmark, Pinyan-Durels was a senior managing director in the leasing division of Colliers International. Prior to that, she was the director of commercial leasing for Fawn/Ghent, LLC, where she was responsible for marketing a 540,000-square-foot Greenwich, Connecticut, office portfolio. During her tenure, occupancy grew from 40% to 100%.
