Jacob Rasnick

Jacob Rasnick joined SRS in 2023, after serving as an associate at Meridian Retail Group working on land acquisition and disposition as well as site selection for retail clients. Prior to joining Meridian, Jacob gained commercial real estate experience with RMC Property Group, a real estate development company in the Tampa area assisting their development and market research teams. Jacob graduated from the University of South Florida with a bachelor’s degree in finance and was a member of the Real Estate Society at USF. Before going to Tampa, he studied at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and obtained his private pilot’s license. Jacob enjoys racing motocross throughout Florida and is a member of multiple motocross tracks.
