Starting his Real Estate Carrier as a loan officer in 2001, Jacob became a licensed Real Estate Appraiser in 2003. Since founding Greater Bay Appraisal Inc, he has inspected properties, examined real estate contracts and investment strategies of more than 5,000 properties for companies and clients nationwide. As a Real Estate Investor, Jacob has bought and sold properties coast to coast and has syndicated/managed several real estate investment portfolios. Jacob founded Statement Properties in 2016 providing Real Estate Sales and Property Management Services throughout the East Bay Area. Combining his expertise of statistical and market trends analysis with a passion for ethical and honorable business practices, Jacob ensures his client’s needs are met with the upmost care and consideration.
