Jacob Dell is currently a Vice President in CBRE’s Retail Properties Group, where he specializes in tenant representation for retail and medical providers, as well as the leasing of shopping centers and land disposition throughout the Chicago area. In his tenure, Jacob has become a market leader in the innovative practice of medical retail leasing. He has worked with national dental, physical therapy and immediate care providers such as SmartChoice MRI and DentalOne, on region-wide rollouts. In this practice, Jacob locates and secures retail outlot sites in high-profile locations, allowing medical practitioners to capture greater market share. This activity, along with his extensive work with national and local retailers, has led to 373 transactions for a total consideration of over $250 million since joining the firm in 2001. Jacob began his career at CBRE in the Information Systems Group, where he was responsible for tracking more than 100 million square feet of retail properties in the Chicago area. This analytical expertise, along with his market knowledge, relationships and negotiating skills, delivers a unique mix of value to his clients.
