Jacob Bravo is associate director in Savills Charlotte office, where he specializes in industrial tenant representation, supporting clients with his extensive real estate expertise and innovative market research. He focuses on understanding each client’s strategic business issues and exclusively represents tenants and buyers in the lease and acquisition of industrial space. With a comprehensive knowledge of the industrial marketplace, he provides clients with valuable market data and helps them implement viable solutions. Jacob joined Savills in 2020 from Avison Young, where he was a senior associate on the industrial team led by Principal Bob Berry, SIOR. Prior to Avison Young, Jacob interned with the Bulldog Investment Company and played baseball for Texas Lutheran University.
