Jackie Tinnerman Briggs

Jackie is an accomplished Principal Broker and Company Owner/Manager with extensive experience in commercial real estate. Since 2006, she has been the Principal Broker at Enterprise Commercial Real Estate in Greenwood, Indiana, and has played a key role in managing several privately held small businesses in the real estate sector, including GS Development, Inc., JRJ Holdings LLC, Cecilia Properties LLC, and others. As a working board member and owner, Jackie’s expertise spans across property management and real estate development, and she is ICBR certified. In addition to her real estate career, Jackie has a strong background in marketing and business development, having worked as a consultant for G&K Services and the Institute for Advanced Technology from 1996 to 2001. She has also held senior roles at Ecolab, where she served as Senior Product Manager and Marketing Communications Director, and at National Car Rental as Staff Vice President of Marketing. Beyond her professional work, Jackie has been dedicated to philanthropy, serving as a board member and volunteer at Christamore House Family and Community Center in Indianapolis for 10 years, contributing to her community and its growth.
