Jack Williams

Jack Williams began his real estate career at age 16 by buying, rehabilitating, and renting a triplex in East Point, GA with the money he made working a summer job and advice from his father. He’s been an industry pioneer ever since. Over the past 25 years, Jack has combined his keen sense for market-driven assets, strong ability to build a winning team, and community-focused approach to development to create lasting success for a portfolio that includes historic, office, retail and residential projects. With each project, Jack spearheads his company, Kairos Development Corporation, in a community-focused effort to create projects that meld seamlessly with their surroundings. From attending public and private community meetings to gain insight from community stakeholders to designing projects that match the area’s architecture and scale, each project is carefully planned so that it enhances the community, rather than standing apart from it. Though his career has included managing or owning over $250 million in real estate assets, Jack’s true measure of the company’s success is the answer to one question: “Have we been good stewards of what’s been entrusted to us?” Jack is a member of the National Association of Home Builders, Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association, International Council of Shopping Centers and the Institute of Real Estate Management. He has been repeatedly named on the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s Home Quarterly Who’s Who list.
