Jack Sanflippo’s experience in commercial office sales and leasing dates to 1974 when he began his career in the Downtown Cleveland market working with Weitzman Realty and Midwestern Land Development Corporation. At that time, he worked in general brokerage and was responsible for the leasing and management of the Superior Building, Mall Building and Euclid National Bank Building. Jack moved on to Terminal Management in 1976 and was involved in the leasing of the Terminal Tower, 75 Public Square, and the Citizens Building, Ohio Savings East Building, The Pavilion Building, 24300 Chagrin Boulevard, Midway Plaza and Highland Place. In 1978, with the sale of Terminal Management, Jack joined the Adler Braun Company. He has been very active in the suburban market and is experienced in leasing to large corporations such as Exxon, General Electric, Rockwell International, Sherwin Williams, and the U.S. Government along with successfully working with NASA Lewis Research Center. Jack was responsible for the start up and leasing program for Rockside Square I and II at 6133-6155 Rockside Road. In July of 1985, Jack joined the Cragin-Lang team with the acquisition of Adler Braun Company. At Cragin-Lang, Jack has continually been one of the firm’s top brokers working in Downtown and Suburban markets. In December of 1991, with the demise of Cragin-Lang, Jack joined the R J Wohl Company as a vice president. During his career, he has transacted over 2,500 lease and sales worth more than 100 million dollars. Jack is a graduate of Cleveland State University Business School with a major in Finance. He held a position with Central National Bank in the Corporate Trust Division. Jack lives in Olmsted Falls with his wife and three children, where he has been active in the sports programs, the ABA, the Liturgy Commission of St. Mary of the Falls Church, the Board of Hot Stove Baseball and a past member of Downtown Kiwanis.
