Jack Owens

Jack Owens joined Avison Young in the summer of 2021 as a client services coordinator where he utilizes his real estate background to assist the brokerage team and clients. Prior to joining the Avison Young team, Jack gained foundational CRE experience through an internship with a full-service commercial real estate firm based in Philadelphia by the name of SSH. While with SSH, Jack worked as a Lease Administrator where he was responsible for abstracting leases within SSH’s portfolio for internal and external distribution. In addition, lease administration; Jack also gained experience in acquisitions, assisting with due diligence and underwriting for several potential investment properties, as well as in asset management and market research.
