Jack Neely

Jack E. Neely is the co-founder of Fausset Neely Capital. Since graduating from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of business administration degree in accounting in 1983, Neely has applied H financial education, building a career as a staff accountant, controller, and chief financial officer across industries- from traditional CPA firms to food manufacturing companies. Neely started working in real estate and property management in 1989 at Martin V. Smith and Associates gaining expertise in marina docks. Now, he harnesses his real-estate investment and financial background to manage the formation and administration of several real-estate limited partnerships and oversees the operations of the related real-estate assets.
