Collaborating with his colleagues here at Capital Pacific, Jack Navarra has always received immense satisfaction from working together with others to accomplish a goal. Bringing success to clients in a real estate transaction hinges on effective teamwork, and he is fortunate to have been immersed in Capital Pacific’s collaborative business model from the beginning of his career. He has worked with the Managing Partners Chris Kostanecki, Zeb Ripple, and Chris Peters on over 125 transactions totaling $540 million, which has given him a strong skill set in all facets of commercial real estate, including underwriting, financial analysis, due diligence review, marketing, and transaction management. As a Partner within our team, he enjoys using him broad experience to guide clients through the nuances of every type of real estate transaction: from smaller single tenant deals to large and complex multi-tenant projects.
