Jack Melton

Before joining Gerdom Realty & Investment in 2023, Jack Melton started his career in real estate through a summer internship with a Detroit-based commercial mortgage brokerage firm District Capital. Jack is also working on earning his Associates of Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance, at Washtenaw Community College. Upon completion, he plans to transfer to Eastern Michigan University in 2024 to complete his bachelor’s degree. As a student athlete, Jack developed solid teamwork and relationship building skills which he uses in each client interaction. At Gerdom Realty & Investment, Jack focuses on commercial investment properties and retail sales and leasing.
