Focusing on single-tenant, net-leased investments throughout the United States, Jack McAndrew is an expert in the acquisition and disposition of net-leased assets, including 1031 tax-deferred exchanges and valuation consultation. Previously an Associate at Newmark Knight Frank’s Phoenix office, Jack is known for working tirelessly to achieve the maximum return for his clients and has sold $50 million in net lease retail over the past 2+ years. A University of Arizona graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Urban and Regional Development, Jack is also a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of Arizona and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
