Jack Koroluk

After leaving Purdue University-Calumet Jack began his career in Chicago, Illinois joining a business consulting and management group specializing in the entertainment industry. His Industrial Engineering education assisted him with ideas to initiate cost effective controls and implement new procedures which led to increased profit margins for the company. Jack decided to pursue his real estate career in 1991 in Northwest Indiana, 40 minutes from Downtown Chicago, recognizing the need for his business knowledge within the commercial and industrial advisory services market. Since then he has represented such companies as Owens-Corning, Bob Evans, Kenneth Coleman, UGN Inc., Mr. Fuel along with numerous Transportation Companies relocation to the State of Indiana to name a few. While working with his clients throughout the years, Jack wanted to "Give Back" to the community in which he grew up as a child. He personally invested, developed and implemented a program working alongside Housing Authorities and Charitable organizations to provide housing for individuals and families who were in need of additional assistance. His diverse experience within the real estate industry provides a very unique and value added characteristic while advising his clients not only locally but nationwide. Jack and his team are able to offer an individually suited strategic approach to each client's needs which ultimately creates a positive impact on their success and profitability.
