Jack Hoctor

Jack Hoctor, a native of Webster, NY, has recently been hired by Caliber Commercial Brokerage as a licensed real estate salesperson. Jack is dedicated to helping clients navigate the complexities of leasing, buying and selling commercial properties. Jack’s career journey has been marked by valuable internships. In 2022, he joined Caliber as an intern, gaining hands-on experience in real estate. Following this, he contributed to Ernst & Young as a Technology Risk Consultant Intern, demonstrating proficiency in navigating complex technological landscapes and mitigating risks for clients. Jack graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University at Buffalo in 2024, earning his Bachelor of Science degree with a dual major in Financial Analysis and Management Information Systems. Outside of his professional role, Jack is passionate about health and fitness. He is also a certified USA Baseball coach, where he enjoys mentoring young athletes and contributing to their development in sports.
